Lemon Mascarpone Strawberries

These little babies are so refreshing for summertime and take no time to prepare. Would be lovely as a boarding canapè!

Directions

  • Mix a 2-3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice with your mascarpone cheese and put in a piping bag with a decorative tip. 
  • Cut crosshairs into the strawberries but not too deep as to sever the strawberry entirely.
  • Pipe mascarpone mixture into each strawberry and garnish with blueberries, edible gold, and mint!
  • Serve right away or keep refrigerated.
