This is where God lives, aka heaven. Its located in Flat Iron District and you can get fresh produce, a variety of cheeses (including 60month aged Parmesan Reggiano – which is very hard to source), fresh bread, charcuterie, wine, snacks and overall an assortment of goodies for your passengers and plane.
I love popping in here when I am in New York or Los Angeles to see what will inspire my next inflight creation.

To know me, is to know I am obsessed with the most brilliant Chef America has seen since James Beard, my man, Thomas Keller.
He has a few Bouchon bakeries in NYC, I normally hit the one in Rockefeller Center or Columbus Circle (both a café and a bakery) to source the absolute BEST pastries for my clients. It also doesn’t hurt to name drop Keller when presenting your breakfast pastry basket filled with gorgeously decadent croissants to your passengers in the morning… trust me, they will be impressed.

This is another fabulous grocery store to hit if you have a pop up and need some fab-food-fast (say that 4 times fast). Lots of organic pre-made items to go and even better you can order online for delivery!
Citarella – Upper East Side

I love this little boutique grocery spot for prepared salads, sandwiches, even rotisserie chickens. They have fabulous butchers and an amazing collection of unique pantry stock items that really get the gastronomy creative juices flowing. They do delivery and in store tastings as well.

This is the ultimate chocolate for your guests.
They have Dom Perrignon Infused Truffles that are so divine, I imagine Cleopatra and Marie Antoinette indulged on these daily in my falsified sense of history. Obviously, they pair very well with Champagne and are definitely a few notches above your Ghirardelli or Lindt.
Plus they sell this package of chocolates which is beyond cute and fitting!!
