This truly isn’t meant to be a ground-breaking recipe or idea, because its quite literally cookie dough and icecream. Rather, this is mean to be an inspiration to think outside the box of what you can do inflight.
I love doing these cookie skillets for families with kids. Its rustic, delicious, and also a bit of a comfort sweet treat.
Ingredients
- Cookie Dough
- Vanilla Ice-cream
- Whipped cream
- Mint

Mini Cast Iron Skillet
Directions
- Place cookie dough in pan and smoosh to cover the bottom surface.
- Place in oven at 350 for 10 minutes are so, if still not cooked through, cover with a plate and place back in oven for a few more minutes.
- Garnish with Vanilla Ice-cream, whipped cream and mint!
- Also don’t forget to tie a protective thick cloth over the handle with a ribbon to ensure no one burns their hands if they touch it!
